The death toll from last month's devastating floods in Henan province of China has risen to 302. Starting last July 20, storms dropped the equivalent of one year's worth of water on the city in 72 hours before moving northward, flooding large swathes of Henan province in China. Authorities say the rains have displaced more than a million people.
