KINGFA invites you to participate in CHINAPLAS 2025!
Apr. 03, 2025

Driven by the global sustainable development goals, environmental protection and innovation have become indispensable keywords in the rubber and plastics industry.

As one of the leading exhibitions in the rubber and plastics sector, CHINAPLAS 2025 will continue to focus on the circular economy and explore sustainable solutions for the industry's development.

As a global leader in chemical new materials, KINGFA will showcase a range of innovative products and solutions from various fields, looking forward to discussing the future of the industry and sharing the achievements in technology and sustainable development with you.

NC Membrane: Precise Detection, Protecting Health

KINGFA NC membrane is produced based on the solvent evaporation-induced phase separation (VIPS) principle and proprietary development techniques, achieving a balance between high protein adsorption capacity, detection sensitivity, consistency, and stability. The membrane is widely used in rapid detection projects such as pregnancy tests, drug detection, respiratory infections, infectious diseases, and environmental testing, as well as fluorescent quantitative detection in cardiac, kidney function, and tumor markers.

As a key raw material for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) and point-of-care testing (POCT) products, the NC membrane will continue to be applied in instant diagnostic products for inflammatory factors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, kidney function, thyroid function, pregnancy, and tumor markers. It is also extending into biotechnologies such as protein blotting, microfluidics, and protein chips, showing significant development potential.

Product Features

Uniform pore distribution and stable color/signals

Strong protein binding capacity ensures detection sensitivity

High consistency within and between batches

Sustainable Development Solutions

The adoption of Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO) technology enables a reduction of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions by more than 99%, with actual emissions far below local discharge standards.

Additionally, a multi-stage water circulation system is implemented, reducing unit water consumption by 90%, achieving both environmental protection and performance.

Meltblown Filtration Materials: High Efficiency and Green Empowerment

KINGFA meltblown filtration materials are made from ultra-fine thermoplastic fibers bonded and entangled through heat, forming a three-dimensional microporous structure with random fiber arrangements. By multi-layer composite technology, KINGFA achieves a gradient change in fiber structure, producing air filtration products with F9 to U15 levels and liquid filtration products with varying precision (0.5 to 100 μm) and dirt-holding capacities.

KINGFA meltblown air filtration materials offer high efficiency, low resistance, and performance features like antibacterial, antiviral, mold resistance, aldehyde removal, and odor removal. These materials are widely applied in air purifiers, automotive air conditioning, fresh air systems, and more, with high CCM, CADR values, dust holding capacity, and air permeability.

KINGFA meltblown liquid filtration materials offer coarse filtration (10-100 μm) and microfiltration (0.5-10 μm) precision. Filters can be made in 10-40 inch folding filter cartridges, providing superior filtration precision, dirt-holding capacity, and production efficiency compared to traditional PP cotton core filters, with applications in home water purification, semiconductor, food and beverage, and new energy lithium battery sectors.

Future Development

High-performance materials: Developing new materials and technologies to enhance the filtration efficiency, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength of meltblown materials, and further expanding functional modified materials for a wider range of applications.

Nanofiber technology: Innovating raw materials and process upgrades to create fibrous networks with smaller variation coefficients and uniform voids, improving filtration precision and surface area for higher-demand filtration scenarios.

Smart filtration materials: Developing smart responsive materials (e.g., materials sensitive to temperature, humidity, or pH), allowing dynamic performance adjustment for various application needs.

Green manufacturing processes: Focusing on developing more biodegradable, bio-based, and PCR materials, while optimizing the meltblown nonwoven production process to enable energy recovery and minimize energy consumption and emissions.

Sustainable Development Solutions

Based on the usage characteristics of air and liquid filtration materials, KINGFA will develop more bio-based and biodegradable high polymer materials, such as bio-based PBT, PET, PLA, PBS, PBAT, and TPU, aiming to create 100% low-carbon, eco-friendly filter materials.

Continuously optimize KAF filter materials with adjustable molecular weight control, electrostatic modification, friction electrostatic technologies, and micro-nanofiber control, enhancing high efficiency, low resistance, charge retention, and color stability.

Enhance KFL materials to improve filtration efficiency, reduce pressure drop, extend service life, and reduce filter replacement frequency, thus lowering waste generation and offering a more sustainable alternative to traditional chemical treatments like flocculants.

KINGFA meltblown nonwoven materials are produced through high-temperature melting and high-speed airflow stretching to form ultra-fine fibers, ensuring no chemical solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are emitted during production. Additionally, 100% recycling of scrap and waste materials during production reduces resource waste.

Supercritical Electrostatic Spinning: Cross-boundary Breakthrough, Green Benchmark

KINGFA will also showcase its latest technological achievement—Supercritical Electrostatic Spinning (SEJ) Nonwoven Fabric. This material integrates high breathability, high barrier properties, and high strength. It has widespread applications in medical, industrial, construction, and printing sectors. With 100% recyclable, environmentally friendly properties and proprietary technology, SEJ nonwoven fabric represents a new benchmark for sustainable materials in the domestic market.

KINGFA remains committed to full-industry-chain innovation from R&D to application, building on technology as the foundation and green principles as the boundary, to explore infinite possibilities.
