Due to rapid changes in the business environment, many companies feel pressure to learn faster than their competitors or risk losing business. KINGFA keeps up with the changeable global business environment by building a learning culture. The learning culture encourages KINGFA teams to continuously learning, believing in the interplay between systems. Since constant learning elevates an individual as a worker and as a person, it opens opportunities for the establishment to transform continuously for the better.
At the end of March 2020, KINGFA launched its Internal Functional Departments' English Training Program. A total of 49 ministry and engineer level employees attended the training, all of which were paid for by KINGFA. The English program is based on an online EF English Live Class and supplemented by offline activities. After more than two months of online learning, we finally implemented the first EF offline English corner activities.
On June 17th, the English corner activity with the theme How to Break the Ice was held in the Innovation Hall of the KINGFA Management Institute. The two hours' activity was hosted by Mr. Steve, teacher of EF. Steve had participants learn how to communicate with strangers/groups of strangers and how to link from one topic to another. The mini-games are encouraged everyone to communicate in English. It's attractive and practical in form and all the participants enjoyed themselves during the offline activity.
